New Education Policy-"How to think ?" instead of "What to think ?".

A long-awaited new education policy focuses on “How to think” instead of “What to think”. This will certainly change the perception of youth about choosing the right career path for them.

Now it’s a time of SKILL MAPPING instead of CAREER MAPPING. Skill Mapping will certainly give the liberty to youth for out of the box thinking.

An analysis of my team participating in the various interview processes from my consultancy (NPCPL) says: “In every recruitment drive when we met around 100 plus candidates and about 80 % of them were preparing for banking exams irrespective of their stream (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc…). When we asked them the reason behind that “they said everyone is doing so we have also started for the same”. And probably this has become the main reason for their rejection in many MNC companies.

A famous Hindi movie “3-idiots”-my favorite scene where “Rancho(Amir Khan) wrote FARHANITRATE   PRERAJULISATION and lastly said  Sir Here we don’t talk about new ideas or about new inventions. We only talk about getting good grades, or a good job. We don’t gain knowledge”

In my views also “Pursue your excellence then only success will follow”.
