Some people are also such that whenever you meet them,
they tell that they are living the most problematic life. They attribute the
circumstances of life behind each of his failures. They remember the problems
happening in their life as their barrier and the only thing remembers their fate
that God has given them this only.
Whenever they meet anyone, they only talk
about the obstacles in their life.
Let me tell you with a real-life quote.
On
16 July 2014, I went to Lucknow with my team to interview candidates for my
company. This interview was for freshers and offering a good salary, so the
candidates came more than we had anticipated. Finally, after the preliminary
interview and four rounds of screening, 20 candidates selected came to me for a final interview.
I asked them to present themselves with their strength and weakness.
Then
I asked all of them to tell me how you have lived your life till now.
Now
their real self began to come out, most of them began to describe their life as
a series of mutant problems that they had to face from time to time in their
life. Someone said that he could not achieve a good percentage due to the
untimely death of the father. Someone said that the reason for my poor health
or poverty or poor education facility, electricity, teachers were not the good, etc
problem was my poor performance. And the list of their excuses continued….
Then one candidate I still remember was his name Shashank and when I
asked him to introduce me. He describes his life as an example of beautiful
events, while he tells me how he overcomes problems and obstacles in his life.
He was sorry for his declining percentage. Then I asked him why he scored less in his B.Tech than in his 12th and in high school. He smiled and said that I was not serious
in my studies and started learning practical applications.
Either way, he presented his life as amazing events and he learned many things.
In fact, he presented his life as a beautiful sequence of amazing events and he learned many things
despite his problems.
And finally, he was left alone in the crowd.
Everyone is interested in hearing how
beautifully you have spent your life until now. No life is free from problems and
challenges.
