Failure as a ladder of Success.

Image
"Failures are important in an iterative design process". Failures literally mean "a state or condition of not meeting or achieving a desirable result or goal".This is the definition that many people say.  According to me, failures mean "a stage that comes at the  starting of a goal or the success that helps oneself  to enhance their abilities." Failures are the building blocks of massive success. Let's take some failures that proved to be massive successes: 1) Thomas Alva Edison He was an American inventor and businessman by profession. He failed 1000 times while inventing the incandescent light bulb. When people asked him about his failures, he simply said "I have found 1000 ways that won't work". This sentence inspired the world greatly and he also succeeds in achieving his goal. Today we all remember him mainly because of his inventions. Let us take another example: 2) JK Rowling She was rejected 12 times for Ha...

"Self discipline opens the door of success".

Image
Self Discipline literally means "the ability to control oneself”. It teaches a person how to work hard and overcome problems or difficulties that come as obstacles in a person's life and stop or harass them from achieving their goals or success.   By self disciplining yourself, one can reach any goal in life. Self Discipline is the first step to success. To attain self Discipline: 1) One must leave his or her comfort zone and do something new or a little tougher task. It enhances one's confidence and creativity   helps in attaining Self Discipline.   2) If  you want to attain Self Discipline in life, make a timetable, and stick to it. You must adhere to it until you have not completed it. It helps you to reach your goals according to your wish. If you have attained Self Discipline in life after deciding your goals and plans, no one can stop you from achieving your goals and success. Source: Vaishnavi diary .

It’s All About Seeds

A very famous story about how “ An old CEO of a company decided to choose the next competent CEO for his company”.   Mr. Krishnakant was turning 60 years next year, so he decided to choose an equally competent CEO for his company next year. As he was a man of ethics so don’t want to pass this responsibility to his son but to a person who actually earns for this place with his capabilities. So he was in continuous process of screening a young and energetic executive within the company suitable for this position. Very next morning he called a meeting and disclosed that is in the search of the next CEO for his company. He was having enough time for almost a year so he decided to take a test. He distributed seeds among his team of deserving candidates and assigned them a task “the executive will grow the most beautiful plan will be the next CEO of his company”. Siddarth was among the other executives he was very happy and after offices, he told t...

New Education Policy-"How to think ?" instead of "What to think ?".

Image
A long-awaited new education policy focuses on “How to think” instead of “What to think” . This will certainly change  the perception of  youth about choosing the right career path for them. Now it’s a time of SKILL MAPPING instead of CAREER MAPPING . Skill Mapping will certainly give the liberty to youth for out of the box thinking. An analysis of my team participating in the various interview processes from my consultancy ( NPCPL ) says: “In every recruitment drive when we met around 100 plus candidates and about 80 % of them were preparing for banking exams irrespective of their stream (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc…). When we asked them the reason behind that “they said everyone is doing so we have also started for the same”. And probably this has become the main reason for their rejection in many  MNC  companies. A famous Hindi movie “3-idiots”-my favorite scene where “Rancho(Amir Khan) wrote  FARHANITRATE  ...

When we Indians showed faith in online banking in transacting our hard-earned money then why not in education? However it is...

People Buy Benefits Not Features

Image
People Buy Benefits Not Features In my childhood, I read one statement “1satisfied customer in 1 year will bring 100 more next year”. Still, I believe in that. Later on when I correlated the things I came to know that we need to satisfy the need of customers with our product. Following is the mechanism behind every satisfied customer.   Once you reach to customer your customer reaches is not important in today’s competitive era, we need to help them in identifying their latent needs there are various techniques like interviewing of customers, understanding their lifestyle, etc. But we have to be very much cautious in the entire process of latent need identifying all the time we should boost the customer ego otherwise the entire process will be in vain. In the very next step, we should try to correlate only a few relevant features satisfying the latent need of customers. Then offer the benefits of your product as a perfect solution to the customer’s problem. Then immediatel...

Tell your best story

Image
Tell your best story Some people are also such that whenever you meet them, they tell that they are living the most problematic life. They attribute the circumstances of life behind each of his failures. They remember the problems happening in their life as their barrier and the only thing remembers their fate that God has given them this only. Whenever they meet anyone, they only talk about the obstacles in their life. Let me tell you with a real-life quote.          On 16 July 2014, I went to Lucknow with my team to interview candidates for my company. This interview was for freshers and offering a good salary, so the candidates came more than we had anticipated. Finally, after the preliminary interview and four rounds of screening, 20 candidates selected came to me for a final interview.            I asked them to present themselves with their strength and weakness.   ...

The irony of the education industry during a pandemic

The irony of the education industry during a pandemic                                I don’t know how people will take this post. But I request you all please be with me in carving the shape of the education industry for a better future. Recently I have come to know that not every but most of the private engineering/management institutes started reacting in two manners during COVID-19. Type one- We have seen many institutes taking care well of their faculties and other staff during this pandemic by compensating with full salaries and a congenial work environment for working from home. Some of them have also provided masks, sanitizers, and others during this pandemic and console the whole family even with either through phone calls or messages. But very few are lies in the above category even you can count on the figure.  Hats off to them. Types two- Unfortunately, you will find most private institu...
